PTFE teflon adhesive tape

PTFE teflon adhesive tapes are generally sorted into two kinds as the below:

1. PTFE teflon coated fiberglass adhesive tapes use the fiberglass-woven basic fabric and film which are imported and coated with PTFE by special process:

Application range:
A. sorts of high temperature roller submerging, works of calefaction slab, membrane doffing;
B.heat sealing of food, pharmaceutical and plastic bag
C.cushion pasting of slippery pond, stuff funnel, aircraft mould, etc, it also could be used on platern, thermoplastic doffing module;
D.Suitable for other surface disposal such as glue proofing, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance.
E. Used in the fields of packing (including thermoplastic,vacuum bagging),compositing, thermoplastic seal, electronic and electric.

2.Pure teflon adhesive tape (teflon film adhesive tape) is made of pure polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE/Teflon) on one side and a high temperature resistant silicone on the other side.

It offers unique advantages as the below:

1) Superior release characteristics at high temperatures from -70 to -260 Celsius degree

2) Exceptionally flexible and adhesive to irregular surfaces

3) Good insulating capacity

4) Extremely low friction sufaces
